Former professional football player, the creator of; Gridiron Power MethodTM, Gridiron WorkoutTM, Be Active Longer Senior Program, and the world's 1st Weight-Shifting. She is also a international Group Fitness Coach, and Celebrity trainer.
Her on-the-turf career began in 2007 and without any formal football training she made Rookie of The Year with the New York Sharks of the Independent Women’s Football League, and in 2008 she was selected to represent the USA in the first international flag football competition in Canada. In 2009, JayD and her teammates became the first female football players to be inducted into the New York City Sports Museum.
